Search words in explanations (Jump Search)
Search the meaning of a word in the explanations. Here we will look at the explanation of 「日本」and search for the meaning of 「北海道」which appears in the text.
1Search 「日本」 in 『スーパー大辞林(Japanese–Dictionary)』and read its explanation which may include words you are not familiar with.
2Touch
button.
* Jump button is located in the Quick Palette.
* It can also be activated from the Jump key on the keyboard.
3Trace over「北海道」with an attached pen.
4Touch
button on Quick Palette.
5Choose スーパー大辞林(Japanese–Dictionary) and press.
From the next time when you choose
you will jump automatically.
By touching 「ジャンプ」and tracing a word in the explanation, you can search the word you do not understand.
